Turquoise blue felt top, green stripe elf hat, rainbow tulip collar, blue stripe leggings & flocked styrofoam chunky shoes. 6" high x 2 3/4". Very good vintage condition. Loved and taken care of. Good color. Original JAPAN sticker on the foot. Looks like the other foot might of had a pick in it at one time.
