In great pre-owned condition I'm sorry but I don't know the style name or number of these cute shoes. They're flats, Mary Jane style with a thin velcro strap which is diagonal on the shoe. The toe box has some perforations with grey behind them. Theres also a strip of grey leather at the top of the toe box.
