New with tags, unworn gorgeous vibrant pink dress from Nanette Lepore. Has that vintage feel with a bit of modernity. The waistband has stretch and there is plenty of room up top for those with a more ample chest. I would say a larger size 2, maybe closer to a 4, but could flatter both sized frames.
