This jacket is super special, dark blue crushed velvet with detailed beaded detail. Slight peplum silhouette w/ cinched back. So flattering and boho chic. Good, used condition. There is a stain on the right cuff, shown in photos. There is meant to be a string included for front tie enclosure, hence the four loop holes.
