This is a Nancy Thomas August plaque from her "Children's Series" dated 2003 (Beach). Wooden Plaque is 5"x5" and the metal sailboat adds almost 2" to the height (see pictures for measurements). This piece of folk art is in excellent vintage condition. (Note: There is some scuffing to the back; see pictures). Nancy Thomas is a contemporary American artist. Her work is prized throughout the country for its wonderful color, warmth and style.
