what are the dimensions of the bag? Does the bag have a high sheen or gloss?

The bag is 10" long and 6" high (when closed). With the flap open, it's about 10.5" high. And yes it has a glossy sheen. It's not super shiny like patent leather, but it's definitely not a matte finish either.
