Naked & Famous Mens Rain kimono Regular Shirt. Tagged M but must have shrunk

I know it's tagged medium. Read why it's not. look at measurements listed or in pictures! I am pretty sure this shirt wasn't washed correctly and was done on hot and dried hot after. For some reason, he posted a picture of the measurement of the sleeve from pit to the cuff... I figured a medium couldn't get too small since I usually wear a small, but I was wrong. I like 25" of sleeve, shoulder seam to cuff. This is 22.75". I've worn it a couple of times, but just around the house with the sleeves cuffed, but I just got a brand new one from Tate and Yoko, in small, and it fits way better. Now I have no use for it but it's a beautiful fabric. I took the pictures for these measurements, MEASUREMENTS: Shoulder: 18" Chest (p2p): 20" Body Length¹: 28" Sleeves: 22¾" ¹Measured from base of collar to bottom of shirt.
