New. To have a perfect manicure just follow these instructions: STEP 1. Unstick a replacement abrasive from protective layer. STEP 2. Take a metal base and stick a file to it, but don’t go beyond edges. STEP 3. After finishing remove a replaceable abrasive and dispose it. STEP 4. Perform a full sterilization of the base with a special liquid or electrical equipment. The thickness of pads varies and corresponds to 0 mm, 1 mm and 3 mm.
