NY&Co black stretch skirt with patterned cut outs at bottom

Excellent condition, no flaws just below the knew black skirt. Fitted, stretch. Hidden back zip. New York and Company size 10. See pics for fabric composition I placed white fabric inside the skirt in some pics to accentuate the cut out design. There is NOT white lining in this skirt.
