NY Collection Sleeveless Maxi Dress

This is a ladies black maxi dress with a beaded embellished round-neck color. It is sleeveless. It has elastic just below the bust. It has a straight hem; the last 4-5” of hem is sheer black chiffon-style. Fabric is 95% viscose and 5% rayon. It is New with Tags. Please note that I am donating proceeds of my sales to our nearby animal rescue. They need the money more than I need the clothes!
