This is a stunning, vintage top straight from the late 90s to very early 2000s. It is a jeweltone teal velvet embossed in a paisley pattern. It has a lace-up detail and long bell sleeves. It is brand new without tags and ready to wear. No odors, no stains, no flaws. Made by the Canadian company, Arianne. Labeled a Large but fits like a Juniors Large, it has stretch.
