Chic dress in comfy texture stretch material, fully lined (well, not in the open back, obvie). Two adjustable back ties and zip at top of skirt. Romantic puff sleeved shoulder and elastic cuffs. Approx 7 1/2 inch ruffle at bottom. EUC, no flaws. So cool.
