NWT’s Windsor 2pc floral Homecoming dress size 3

Very pretty pink and black floral 2 piece dress from Windsor. Size 3. The bottom has a layer of tulle underneath. New with tags. The zipper on the back of the top does seem to stick a little but works just fine.
