This suit is totally open across the neckline - 8 inch drop from the shoulders to the lowest point of the scoop neck. Full length long sleeves - thong ( there is no sanitary liner ) is 7 inches so my guess would be that the suit itself comes to the hips but it belonged to my granddaughter & she is all of that & more from the waist down only ! I can fit this & I am a 32DD the back is so totally open & it looks great on. The fabric is double ply so it will retain the body heat if layering.
