rdstyle_d @raimo6 hi! Here are the measurements. For the M; shoulder seam to shoulder seam 18” (same measurement pit to pit), waist 16” & 32” long. Large; shoulder- shoulder seam 19” (also same pit to pit), waist 17 1/2” & 32” long. There is also some stretch/give to the material. Hope this helps!

rdstyle_d XS measurements: 16” shoulder seam to shoulder seam (same measurement pit to pit), waist 14” & 29” long. S measurements: 17” shoulder seam to shoulder seam, waist 15” & 30” long. (The material does have some stretch/give to it as well)
