This is a NWTS Plus-size Watercolor Tropical Leaf Maxi Skirt& Coral Tassel Hoop Earrings in a size 2X. The back of the skirt has elastic in it but the front of the skirt has no elastic in it and the measurements across are 19” across the waist and 34” across the hips and 41” long.
