Rare vintage, limited edition and new with tags.  This La Gioe di Toscana frame bag also known as a kiss clasp bag.  It is a large frame that can carry a laptop.  Comes with authenticity card and matching mirror/coin purse.  The name “La Gioe di Toscana” literally means “the joy of Tuscany” — suggesting luxury, Italian craftsmanship, and perhaps inspiration from Tuscany’s style and heritage. The brand was run by a husband-and-wife team, John and Sharon Gioe. Their boutique was once located on East 52nd Street in New York (between Fifth and Madison Avenues), though that store is now closed. Their bags were described as “Italian art” — made from fine leather, exotic skins (and sometimes fur), often with glamorous, vintage-Hollywood–inspired touches.
