This dress is brand new and never worn with tags attached and it is gorgeous. It is midi style, which means it hits right at knee level. By Forever 21, the front of the dress has a black base and has a stunning embroidered floral design all over. The back of the dress is a solid cottony stretch material. The cut out shoulders lead to a high neck collar that closes with two buttons at the back of the neck. It is size Large, measures 38” in length from the top of the shoulders to the bottom hem and 16.5” across from armpit to armpit when laid flat.
