NWT Gilli One Shoulder Shift Dress

Beautiful persimmon orange floral dress. The top has a ruffle that goes over your shoulder. The shape is full, and you can wear it that way, super comfortable. I've included a matching belt, not original to the dress, but it works. It looks great belted too. Size S measures 36 at chest, 38 at waist when loose, 46 at hips. Pretty openwork above ruffle at hem. Beautiful saturated color, and NEW.
