KAS NEW YORK Small Approx 55” from shoulder to hem. Designed and made for Free People. This is a Free People dress that was made by Kas New York. Gorgeous and stunning hi- low dress!! Its an off the shoulder gauze design. Embroidered detailing. The lace is the same color, not sure why in the pics it looks different. Waist and neckline is elasticized. Love love this dress!!! Navy blue and white. Dress is called Grace 100% cotton. Brand new with tags!! But the arms have some light marks as shown in the last pics! But this is not noticeable!!
