NWT~Express Slinky Gray Ruffled Sleeve Mini Dress

This pretty heather gray dress by Express is brand new with its tags attached. Done in a soft and slinky polyester/spandex/elastane mix, it has a V-neckline and fitted bodice. The 3/4 sleeves are accented with pretty ruffles and a mesh pointelle panel. It is size M, measures 34” from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem and 15.5” from armpit to armpit with extra stretch. It is fully lined with 100% polyester.
