NWT Express Bootcut High Waist Stretch Jeans

Where’s all my shorties?! This comes from the Denim Perfect collection it has a bootcut flare with a frayed finish. High waisted and has an extra coin pocket. Lots of detail with the front stitching running vertically from your hips to the where the flare sits. Brand new never worn. Had aspirations, but does not fit.
