NWT Davids Bridal Short Charmuse beaded dress flaw 4

From intrigue and David’s bridal, this is a really really cute dress that unfortunately has a couple of problems. It is brand new with $109 tags.. This is a short flared skirt with a tie back a halter top, which was not as it was designed and a bra wrap front with exquisite beading underneath. This also has two water spots on the skirt which are very nearly impossible to notice, but I want to disclose them. only and I think it would likely remove those water spots with a dry cleaning if they even bother you. This was not meant to be a halter top, but somebody cut the straps and made it a halter top. I think you could pretty easily sew them back to regular straps if you wanted. It’s such a cute dress.
