New with original tags. It is a size large but it runs bigger in my opinion. Same dress as the model. There is a tiny line across the mid part of the skirted part of the dress. Not noticeable. @xiomaries23 It is not a major big stain. I didn't notice it when I bought it. However, I will let you decide. Maybe a dry cleaner can remove it. I hope that helps.
