NWT cute summer skirt by Rachel Zoe size small. Linen/ rayon blend. Side pockets. Rope like belt. Subtle palm tree pattern. Colors are muted creams/ pinks / peach waist is about 14 inches across but has a good amt of stretch. ( I wear 8 and it fits me) tip to hem length is about 36 inches
