NWT Veronica Beard "Finley" floral, ruffled blouse. Never worn, bought and tried on - just not my style but SUPER cute. Size 12, fits a little on the small side so closer to a 10. Photos up close for detail of ruffles, strings for optional bow, etc. Zero flaws! Definitely sheer but the navy makes it still safe for work. Actually ideal for work or dates, just perfect really.
