New with tags Top Paw 🐾 brand reflective reversible blue coat for dogs size XS. This coat is new with tags but I did notice a small cut in the fabric most likely happened in store this can be seen in pictures. No other flaws or issues. The material is 100% polyester. The size is XS the approximate measurement are 12”-20” I have also added pictures with the measuring tape for a better fit. Sure cute and will keep your fur baby warm and reflective in the colder days to come.
