@sparklet7905 - I will go measure the waist for you and maybe that will help? When I bought these I was a 10/12 and they fit pretty spot on, not baggy or oversized.

Waist 18.5β
Hips 21β
Thigh 10.25β
They were all taken while laid flat across the front. There is a tiny amount of stretch, but I wouldnβt call this stretch denim.
