🆕 NWT size 6 Express Wedding Guest Blue Strapless Dress

NEW WITH TAGS- size 6- This dress was only tried on. It has straps attached in case you would rather have straps. There is a rubber liner that goes around the back and chest area to help keep the dress up (if worn strapless) it’s been hanging in my closet. It may have a light perfume scent to it due to my scented wallflowers.
