NWT side buckle boots size 9. (Fit 8 1/2 too) Brazil. Regular calf.

Leather upper These are brand new with tags because there was a shoe store closing and my daughter wears a slightly bigger size than me so I tried these on and I thought they would be perfect. She wears an 8 1/2 and the boots are a size 9 and they fit her and she was happy about that however She zipped them up and could not get them the last 4 inches. So as you can see in the mirror, there is a little gap around when they are on me and my calf measures 14 inches where these come to at the top. When I measure the boots around with a sewing measure tape, they are 16 inches around at the top. They’ve been in a no smoking home for the last month.
