NWT short halter tie dress with amazing design.If taller makes an amazing shirt

Love this dress. When I was smaller it fit but not now. So new perfect in a bag. The colors and the design are amazing. The neck is halter with a tie then sleeveless. So if your 5 4-5” and 115 125 it should run as a dress.’pls see the length in picture. If not wear it as a shirt it’s a turn your head kind of shirt !
