NWT retro inspired fit and flare polka dot dress size medium

This dress has definite stretch. I’ve bought this in two sizes and this one did not fit me. It is otherwise brand new with the tags still on it. It is a mustard colored gold with white polkadots very retro. The bus measures 17 inches across and has darts. The waist measures 14 inches across. The fabric has a definite stretch to it. It is a cotton poly blend and is a medium weight. Hand wash is recommended. This is a very rockabilly, vintage vibe dress. It has a side zipper. This falls about 3 to 4 inches below my knee on my 5’7 frame. It has a fit and flare style with a very full skirt. I am happy to take 20% off two or more items from my closet!
