NWT high neck lace and fringe blouse

Never worn! NWT. The top is lace all over, has a zipper at the back top. My finger is pointing to one of the fringe pieces that is shorter than the other. It came that way and it difficult to notice when not pointed out. Last photo is being held up to a window. Feminine, romantic style. Let me know if you have any questions!
