NWT forever 21 black fitted dress

NWT forever 21 fitted dress with v-neckline and frill bottom detail. Adjustable straps. Fully functioning zipper. SO cute but bought for an event and never wore it! Fitted in the right spots and veryyy flattering. Material has a bit of stretch. True to size. I’m 5’1-5’2 and a true size small for reference (photos added modeling). No flaws! Need gone because I’m moving in a week
