NWT flowy black and white skirt

This is such a pretty skirt. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is high low but from side to side - not front and back, so it really flows. You’ll feel like a princess twirling in this dress. Length is 21” at the lower length and 34” on the higher side. Laying flat the waist is 14.5”
