NWT fit and flare dress

NWT New Directions dress. Animal print top accented with a removable faux leather flower. The high waist has a faux leather narrow band. The skirt of the dress is flared. Very fitted and figure flattering. Loved it but was shorter than I wanted. Fabric consists of 82% polyester, 17% Rayon, & 1% spandex. Measurements: Chest- 17” Waist - 15” Hips - 19” Length - 38”
