NWT brand new women’s dress size, small red blue with pockets, short sleeve maxi

This brand new dress has cakes attached. It can be machine washed and tumble dried on low. The fabric is super light and I believe it to be polyester but I am not entirely sure. The armpit to armpit measurement is 18 inches. Armpit to end of sleeve is 5 inches and length of dress is approximately 45 inches. It has an a line shape.
