NWT Young Fabulous & Broke XS/Small Tie-Dye‎ Tiered V-Neck Wrap Maxi Dress

This is a sample piece. There aren't any size or fabric content labels attached. I wear an XS (for reference, I'm 5'2" 115 lbs., 32B) and tried it on & it fits me perfectly, except the length (since it's a maxi).
