Can it be worn crossbody ?? And why are there holes on the top portion ?

-the holes on the top are for 2 different style options the metal chain can be moved either on top or the sides!

@solaresj no I'm 5'1 and it hangs below my hip. so for an average person it would rest as a traditional cross body hip height.
