New with tag deadstock Forever 21 from 2010. Silky teal / Turquoise with groovy retro style green, blue, and purple flower print. Please see two pictures where the print on the fabric didn't make it into the dress where the dress was folded during the printing process. This is technically a tunic top but could be a mini for some folks. Stretchy fabric is 15" at waist and stretches to 17". 32" from shoulder to hem. 100% polyester. machine wash.
