Rare, unique, one of a kind flare leg / bell bottom jeans by Tuong Long. Bottom of flare has slits in the side. No size tag; see measurements Waist (flat): 13” Rise: 10” Inseam: 29” Model is a 27in waist, 5’5”. Fabric has some stretch so they fit me well! 91% cotton, 8% poly, 1% spandex Inside has red stamps “sample not for sale”, but as you can see it is not visible from the outside.
