NWT XOXO Black Floral Embellished Blazer

Pretty one button blazer has pink floral embroidered embellishment on each shoulder & the cuff of each sleeve. The flower is shades of pink with green leaves & stems. It has a mandarin collar. It had small shoulder pads. The bust is 38”, the waist is 36” & it is 23.5” long from the shoulder.
