2000’s NWT Windsor Black Beaded Mint Mesh Tulle Maxi Lined Dress Sz 13. Measurement, flat: Length 63 inches. Waist 14.5 inches. Armpit 18 inches. The mint chiffon skirt with black beaded bodice is characteristic of 2000’s prom and homecoming. A flaw in chiffon bottom see last photo. This chiffon is sooo soft. I believe this dress was tried on by customers in store and they stepped on bottom tulle, tulle snagged. Item was never purchased due to flaw. I believe this dress still has a glamour life to live!
