NWT Willow Root ruffle sleeve shirt

This a brand new with tags ruffle sleeve shirt. The shirt is ribbed so it has a little stretch and it’s black so it’s very figure flattering. The ruffle sleeves are so adorable and aren’t itchy! The pit to pit measurement is approximately 17 inches and shoulder to hem is 22 inches. Purchased online from Buckle and the length is a little shorter than I like, and I missed the return window, or else I’d be keeping this adorable shirt!
