NWT White Linen Midi Dress

NWT Sleeveless button up linen dress. Off white in color, midi length, spaghetti straps have a rope texture. Smocked elastic back. This is great for summer and nautical/vacation vibes! Never worn but see below for flaw. all of the buttons function, but dress is sewed closed below the 5th button length - 50" pit to pit - 16.5" Flaw - shown in last two pics. Small pink stain (maybe lipstick from someone trying it on?) on neckline.
