The fabric is 91%cotton/5%polyester/4%other. They measure about 16” waist laying flat across the front pulled up even with the back x 12 3/4” hi-rise x 21 3/4” hips flat across the front x 32 1/2” inseam x 21” around bottom leg opening and top thigh is about 26” around. 2 oversized cargo pockets are about 6” wide x 7 3/4” high.
