autumnelles I contacted Poshmark after you did not keep your word and somehow they are stating it was altered from its original condition.Whatever that means. I understand you have to go by guidelines and you could easily make this right by selling me another ring for a cheaper price but instead you blamed the distributor and when it was time to do what was right you didn't. Thanks for ruining my 10 year anniversary. Not only do you lack compassion, you lack morals and your rings are junk
