I asked ALEXA the EUR 44 size conversion to inches in men’s or women’s pants, she said: MEN’s EUR 44 is 33 to 35” waist WOMEN’s EUR is 30 to 32” waist So I recommend FLAT MEASUREMENTS seen in photos & below: WAIST- 17.5” flat across (34 to 35” around) INSEAM- 29” (29 inch) LOC-MN09TRSR(internal note only)
