Approximate measurements laying flat: pit to pit - 13". Waist - 12.25". Length from the top to the bottom of the shorts - 25". Description: Vintage new with tags adorable cover-up. The top band and waist are elastic. The material feels like a vintage towel. Super cute ruffle detailing and utility pockets in the front. Flaws: The material is kind of rough, and has some pilling from storage. I'd imagine it will soften up after washing. Material/Care: 80% cotton, 20% polyester. Machine washable.
