New with tags, only flaws I see are some wrinkling on illusion bodice, and some loose threads. Black Silk, polyester lining. Embellished with gold sequins and black bugle beads. Keyhole open back, zip and hook and eye closure. Scalloped short sleeves, back walking slit. Vintage, runs very small, please check measurements, as questions before purchase.
